Zenbrew Ltd – Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Zenbrew Ltd website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Zenbrew Ltd is a New Zealand company based in Auckland. All transactions are governed by New Zealand law.

2. Products & Pricing

    • All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.
    • Current prices, shipping charges, and discounts are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
    • We make every effort to display product details accurately, but minor variations may occur.

3. Orders & Payment

    • An order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
    • We accept payment through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your full card details.
    • We may refuse or cancel an order if payment is not authorised or if stock is unavailable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

    • Orders are shipped within New Zealand only.
    • Shipping costs and any surcharges (including rural delivery) are displayed at checkout before you place your order.
    • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
    • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided.

5. Subscriptions

    • Subscription packs renew automatically every 2, 4, or 6 weeks, depending on your choice.
    • Subscription discounts and shipping terms are applied automatically at checkout.
    • You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time via your account or by contacting us before your next billing date.
    • Payments are charged automatically at the start of each cycle. You’ll receive a reminder email before renewal.

6. Returns & Refunds

    • Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) apply. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
    • For change-of-mind returns, we may accept unopened packs at our discretion. Return freight costs may apply.

7. Subscriptions & Promotions

    • Discounts and offers cannot be combined unless clearly stated.
    • Legacy or promotional subscriptions may have different benefits as specified at sign-up.

8. Liability

    • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the CGA or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA)
    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenbrew is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or services.

9. Privacy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and packaging designs are the property of Zenbrew Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
