Zenbrew Ltd – Refund & Returns Policy

At Zenbrew, we want you to enjoy our beverages with confidence. This policy explains when refunds or replacements are available, and how to request one.
1. Your Rights Under NZ Law
All purchases are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). This means you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the goods you receive are:

- Faulty or defective,
- Unsafe to consume, or
- Not as described or reasonably expected.
Nothing in this policy takes away from your rights under New Zealand law.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns
Because our beverages are food products, we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind. Once a product has left our control, we cannot resell it for safety reasons.
3. Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe a product is faulty:

- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos showing the issue.
- We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
4. Incorrect Orders
If we send you the wrong item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or provide a refund.
5. Returns Process

- For approved returns, we will provide instructions. Do not return products without contacting us first.
- In most cases of damage or defect, we may not require the product to be physically returned (photos are usually enough).
- If a return is needed, Zenbrew will cover the cost of return freight.
6. Refund Method

- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
