At Zenbrew, we aim to get your drinks to you quickly, safely, and with no surprises. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.

 

Where We Deliver

 

    • We currently deliver New Zealand–wide.
    • International delivery is not available at this stage.

Dispatch Times

 

    • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
    • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

 

    • North Island: Typically 2–5 business days.
    • South Island: Typically 3–7 business days.
    • Rural addresses: May take an extra 1–3 business days.

Rural & Remote Deliveries

 

    • Deliveries to rural or remote addresses may take longer.
    • Additional surcharges may apply, which will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Couriers & Tracking

 

    • We use trusted nationwide courier partners.
    • Tracking details are emailed to you after dispatch so you can follow your order’s journey.

Damaged or Missing Orders

 

    • If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
    • For damaged parcels, please provide photos where possible.
    • We will replace or refund in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Subscriptions

 

    • Subscription deliveries follow the same process and timeframes as one-off purchases.
    • You’ll receive a reminder email before each renewal, and you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.
